SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Due to COVID-19, TE ADORO does not accept returns or refunds, credit or exchanges; nor do we accept cancellations at this time.
Each item is visually inspected for quality assurance before it is packaged for you prior to shipping. If you come across any issues upon your orders arrival, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue.
SHIPPING
Shipping is free on orders over $50.00. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
DAMAGES
TE ADORO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
CUSTOM DUTIES AND TARIFFS
For our international customers, any shipping charge added to your shipment does not include any duties and/or taxes that an individual country may impose upon import. You are responsible for any such duties and/or taxes that may be levied by the country where the product is imported.
